Using this website
- The content on this website is provided for general information about TechSmiths and our services. We work to keep it accurate but do not guarantee that it is complete or always up to date.
- Text, design, logos, videos and portfolio work shown on this website belong to TechSmiths or to the clients and partners concerned. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

Projects and proposals
Each project is defined by a written proposal, quotation or agreement that sets out the scope, deliverables, timeline and price. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately. Timelines depend on receiving content, feedback and approvals from the client on time.
Payments
Payment terms, including any deposit and milestone payments, are stated in the proposal or invoice for each project. Work may be paused if payments are overdue.
Ownership of work
Once a project is paid in full, the client owns the final deliverables created specifically for them, unless the agreement says otherwise. Third-party items such as fonts, stock images, plugins and software licences remain subject to their own licences. TechSmiths may show completed work in its portfolio and marketing unless the client asks us not to in writing.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, TechSmiths is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount paid for that project. Results from SEO, advertising and marketing depend on many factors outside our control and are not guaranteed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, unless a signed agreement for a project states another jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest version.
